Study about nutrition in older people in Nuremberg

Status assessment in healthy older persons living in Nuremberg

What do you eat and why? What do you like and what are your preferences? enable scientists are investigating these and other questions related to nutritional behaviour and nutritional status by use of questionnaires and various standardized measurements.

   

Who can participate?

Older persons aged 75 to 85 years without serious health problems. German language skills required.

What must participants expect?

The tests will take about 2 half days (individual appointments). All tests will be performed by experienced doctors, nutrition scientists and study assistants of Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.

All participants will get a detailed personal report about their results as well as a financial incentive.
