The conference will take place at the Weihenstephan Science Center of the Technical University of Munich. The TUM’s “Green Campus” gathers all fields of life sciences and fosters interdisciplinary cooperation to explore the entire food value chain including genetic and biological building blocks, production, processing, and consumption.
Weihenstephan Campus is located in Freising, a vibrant town that combines modern international university life with a centuries-long cultural and religious history. Home to a bishop’s castle, a cathedral, and the world’s oldest continuously-working brewery, Freising is one of best places to experience a unique Bavarian atmosphere. Munich and Munich airport are only a 25 minute train ride away.
